Q. Do I need to register to browse the BeCos app?

A. You may view the contents in the BeCos app without registering. However, by registering, you will be able to share your love as well as communicating to other users through comments and Mana Points system.


Q. Is the BeCos app only for cosplayer?

A. We welcome all fans alike in relation to cosplay, not limited to cosplayer, maker, photographer, convention organizer or fan.


Q. May I post other cosplayer's photo?

A. You are allowed to post other cosplayer's only with their consent and you credit them in the caption.


Q. Do we only allowed to post cosplayer's photo?

A. You may post any photos as long as it is related to ACG. Please consult our Customer Service before posting to avoid ban.


Q. I am facing with some technical difficulties, what can I do?

Q. What other language does BeCos offer?

A. We are currently having the app in English version only.


Q. Is the BeCos app allow nudity?

A. We restrict the display of nudity or sexual activity but we are open for Hentai, Yaoi and Yuri references. Kindly consult our Customer Service before posting to avoid ban.


Q. What is the best requirement to use the apps?

A. Android phone and tablet 9+ and iPhone/iPad ios 11+


Q. What are the limitations we can use for our username?

A. You are able to register using Alphanumeric characters only.


Q. Am I able to log into more than one (1) device with my account?

A. It is not recommended as it may cause a glitch in your account.You are recommended to logout from your first device before logging into a new device.


Q. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve or reset my password?

A. You will not be able to retrieve your password. Please click 'Forget password' in the login page and we will email you a new password.


Q. I did not receive a verification code after registering with my email.

A. Please click the 'Resend verification code' to get a new verification code.


Q. I click 'Resend verification code' but still unable to receive any verification in my email.

Q. What is a Genki / Mana Point?

A. A Genki is a mana point where you can power up other users and they can redeem it for freebies (coming soon).


Q. Am I able to edit my username or email later?

A. No, you will only be able to update your profile details except your username and email upon registration.
